Founder/Chef/Sommelier Destiny Dudley is a food and wine devotee. Her passion is creating dynamic food and wine experiences, that break down the barriers of intimidation and pretension, while bringing families together around the dinner table. A Southern native, Destiny spent her summers clinging to every word, ingredient and dish that came out of her family’s kitchens in Florida, North Carolina, Louisiana and Mississippi. At the age of 23 she threw herself headfirst into all things wine, affording her the blessed opportunity to travel extensively throughout the US and Europe; tasting, smelling and learning about cultures through the food and wine of the locals. Working as a part-time cellar hand for Leah Jorgensen Cellars, she loves to get her hands purple and share the art of fermentation with her guests.
Destiny specializes in farm/ocean-to-table PNW cuisine with influences from France, Italy and, of course, The South. She thrives on the opportunity to pair dishes with complementary wines from Oregon’s Willamette Valley and beyond, and showcasing how great wine can be when paired with the right food.
Brae Bartlett, a native of Maine, grew up enamored with the dual simplicity and complexity of Japanese culture and cuisine. Eventually, she started her own underground ramen delivery service. She moved to Portland nine years ago and studied at the Oregon Culinary Institute before going to work in ramen houses.
In 2018 Brae relocated to Seaside Oregon, and has become a fixture in the local foodie scene and has expanded her culinary passions to include a focus on PNW ingredients while refining her formal Euro/Asian training. Brae loves collaborating with Destiny to create unique and complex culinary experiences for guests visiting the Oregon Coast, and beyond!
